Global financial entity seeking bright, talented and friendly female members to join our Customer Support & KYC Verification Team.
This is a hybrid role with our office being located in Saint Ann, Jamaica. THIS IS NOT A 100% REMOTE JOB, SO PLEASE ONLY PROCEED IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK IN THE SAINT ANN AREA.
Responsibilities
You will be trained and work in the following areas:
- Provide customer support and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for multiple businesses
- KYC Verification: Ensure information on all submitted documents are valid & matches our database
- Outbound Calls: Call customers to welcome them to the platform and for any help, and to offer sign-on bonuses/incentives
- Customer Support: Resolve Support Tickets Created Via Live Chat, Emails, Social Media Via Zoho ONE
- Provide daily reports of issues to be resolved, suggestions and prioritize each issue based on the most urgent or critical, etc to the supervisor for the supervisor to communicate issues to the tech team to be resolved
Qualifications
- Previous Customer Support experience is mandatory
- Excellent Customer Service skills (certification or training in this area would be a plus)
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills
- Access to a working computer with strong internet connection
- Computer or mobile device with a working mic and camera for team meetings
- A quiet work area without distractions
- Ability to follow instructions and troubleshoot
- This is a full-time position
Compensation
- $60,000 JMD for the first 3-month probationary period
- $80,000 JMD after probation has ended, with a 5% increase in increments every 6 months
- Life & health insurance
- 14 vacation days once per year
- 5 paid sick days per year
Work Hours
6 Days Per Week
- Day shift – 8 am – 4 pm
- Night shift – 2 pm – 10 pm
